Ingredients
  

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup corn flour*
  • 1 cup tapioca flour*
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour*
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Instructions
 

  • Add eggs, water, milk powder, sugar, oil and vinegar to bread pan.
  • In a bowl whisk flours, xanthan gum and salt together thoroughly. Pour into bread pan.
  • Make a well in the top and pour in yeast.
  • Choose a one rise cycle selection.

Notes

*instead of this flour blend, replace with 1 3/4 cups of our GFC Best for Breads Flour Blend, or any other blend you like.

  1. I do not want to use corn flour. What can I replace it with. Love all your tips,hints and recipes. Thx iris

  2. You can replace the corn, tapioca and rice, with your own blend or you can use our High Fiber Blend for Breads. If you look in our article Secret to Baking Gluten Free Bread, in the Flour & Starch Substitutions chart, it will list other alternatives you can in place of corn flour (that has similar properties). I’m sure you know this already, but for anyone who is reading this that doesn’t, make sure the bread maker you have has a gluten free cycle (with only 1 rise).
