7. Trying Out Mary’s Gone Crackers’ Gluten-Free Graham Cracker Lineup: Honey, Cinnamon and Chocolate Flavors

Marys Gone Crackers

I recently sampled Mary’s Gone Cracker’s gluten-free graham cracker lineup, which features a honey, cinnamon and chocolate assortment. Although the size of these crackers doesn’t quite cut it for making s’mores (think Wheat Thins size), they make great snacks or can be used to make graham cracker crusts. Unfortunately, the honey flavor did not have much of a graham-y taste to it, but the cinnamon had a decent flavor. Ultimately, neither variety works well either as a crust or part of a s’more recipe.

Finding the Best Gluten-Free Graham Crackers

We set out to find the best store-bought gluten-free graham crackers, so we tried as many different brands as we could get our hands on. As it turns out, Kinnikinnick and Glutino proved to be the top picks from our taste-test. Both brands had an excellent texture and flavor; although, Kinnikinnick seemed to be slightly sweeter in comparison. In addition, we also tested Enjoy Life, Schar, and Simple Mills. Enjoy Life tasted great but had a dry texture; Schar was flavorful but a bit too crumbly; and Simple Mills was tasty but overly dense.
