Avocado adds a wonderful creaminess to this yummy baked cheese dip.

Serve hot or cold.
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- 2 Tbsp cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp cheddar cheese
- Mash the flesh of the avocado with the salt and lemon juice.
- Place the cottage cheese on the bottom layer in an oven-proof ramekin. Cover the cottage cheese with the avocado. Place the grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Broil in oven until the cheddar cheese has melted and dip is warm throughout, serve hot.
- Serve with corn chips, rice crackers, or baguette slices.
