Red Snapper in Creamy Dill Sauce
This sauce is great on any type of white fish or salmon. Fresh dill is best if you can find it, the flavor is so much more intense.
Red Snapper in Creamy Dill Sauce
A savory dill sauce that goes well with most any fish.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh Red Snapper
- 1 cup GF sour cream
- 1/2 cup GF mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp GF mustard
- 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place fresh fish fillets in a single layer into a 9 x 13 oven proof baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl combine all the other ingredients together. Season to taste.
- For the last 10 minutes of cooking, remove fish from oven, pour sauce over fish then return to oven until fully cooked.
