Red Snapper in Creamy Dill Sauce

A savory dill sauce that goes well with most any fish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs fresh Red Snapper
  • 1 cup GF sour cream
  • 1/2 cup GF mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp GF mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place fresh fish fillets in a single layer into a 9 x 13 oven proof baking dish. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl combine all the other ingredients together. Season to taste.
  • For the last 10 minutes of cooking, remove fish from oven, pour sauce over fish then return to oven until fully cooked.
