A very convenient dish to use left over mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Gently mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Shape the batter into patties (or balls) and fry them in hot oil until browned and heated through.
