A very convenient dish to use left over mashed potatoes.
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup potato starch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying
  1. Gently mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Shape the batter into patties (or balls) and fry them in hot oil until browned and heated through.
