Tuna Cakes
A very convenient dish to use left over mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 can tuna drained
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Gently mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Shape the batter into patties (or balls) and fry them in hot oil until browned and heated through.
