When you are craving a crispy chip to dip, these are just what you need!
Prepare the tortilla recipe, then cut each into 6-8 wedges.
Brush both sides of each wedge with some olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings of choice (salt, pepper, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, etc), and bake for 15 minutes (using a preheated baking pan), flipping halfway through to allow both sides to brown.

- Preheat baking pan in oven at 400°F.
