Grilled Onions with Pine Nut Butter
Make the most of your BBQ – prepare your side dish alongside your grilled meats. I guarantee you’ve never tasted onions like this before!
Keep ends of onion intact so it stays together when cut in half. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill until tender.
Once onions are tender, carefully slice off the ends so the onions can sit flat in a baking dish. Spread about 1 Tbsp of the pine nut butter onto each onion half and broil until melted.
