Bake your favorite cake, then infuse with this sweet and tangy lemonade glaze.

- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes.
- After cake has been removed from oven, poke holes over entire cake with a skewer, then slowly pour glaze over cake.
- Cool and serve.
