Lemonade Glaze

Bake your favorite cake, then infuse with this sweet and tangy lemonade glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, mix together all ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes.
  • After cake has been removed from oven, poke holes over entire cake with a skewer, then slowly pour glaze over cake.
  • Cool and serve.
