Creamy, delicious, great for frosting carrot cake.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 oz GF cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp orange or lemon juice
- 2-3 cups icing sugar
- Beat first four ingredients together until fluffy, then add in half the powdered sugar.
- Beat well and add extra sugar as needed for smooth, thick consistency.
- Add color, if desired.
