  • 5 mushrooms sliced
  • 3 chicken breasts cut into thin slices
  • 1 zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper cut into strips
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup GF chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Stir fry chicken slices for about 3 minutes. Add vegetables and continue to stir fry for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in broth. Add salt, pepper and broth to chicken and vegetable mixture. Keep this cooking about 3-4 minutes, or until it's fairly thick.
  • Serve over rice or GF angel hair pasta.
