Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Dipping Sauce
For an quick and easy appetizer, try swirling some crusty grilled bread into a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The better quality of olive oil and balsamic vinegar you use, the better. Also try experimenting with different flavors of olive oil – like lemon or rosemary infused.

Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp good quality GF balsamic vinegar
- Parmesan cheese optional
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- GF Baguette or GF Focaccia
Instructions
- Into a small shallow plate for each person, mix 3 parts oil to 1-2 parts balsamic vinegar. Gently swirl the plate to lightly mix the two together.
- If you like, season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Warm your favorite GF bread loaf and served sliced.
