Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Dipping Sauce


For an quick and easy appetizer, try swirling some crusty grilled bread into a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The better quality of olive oil and balsamic vinegar you use, the better. Also try experimenting with different flavors of olive oil – like lemon or rosemary infused.

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp good quality GF balsamic vinegar
  • Parmesan cheese optional
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • GF Baguette or GF Focaccia


  • Into a small shallow plate for each person, mix 3 parts oil to 1-2 parts balsamic vinegar. Gently swirl the plate to lightly mix the two together.
  • If you like, season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Warm your favorite GF bread loaf and served sliced.
