Smoky Chicken Tacos
Leftover coleslaw? Leftover cooked chicken? With just a few more ingredients you can make delicious Smoky Chicken Tacos is in less than 5 minutes!
Chicken and coleslaw in a wrap would normally taste like any other chicken wrap, but by adding 2 powerhouse flavours of lime and adobo sauce, it brings out that smoky Mexican-South of the Border taste.

Smoky Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 3-4 Tbsp GF mayonaise to taste
- Zest and juice from 1 lime
- 1/2-1 tsp GF adobo sauce* to taste
- Salt and pepper
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken or Crunchy Chicken Strips
- 8 GF corn tortillas
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Combine first four ingredients, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat tortillas by broiling in oven on each side for about 1 minute.
- Top each tortilla with chicken, coleslaw mixture, and some fresh cilantro.
