I like your blog so much but I am T2 Diabetic and have to watch what I eat closely. Could you add nutrition value list as part of your recipes, please? I would love to try the GF oatmeal breakfast recipe but am not sure I can. Thank you for your GF recipes to help me eat wiser.
You lose the nutrients and particularly the living enzymes in your food when you heat it.
Glad to hear you are enjoying our recipes! All the nutritional info is now available for every recipe. Just scroll down, on the right side of the screen.
I use a lot of your recipes and get along fine. Now I am wondering if you can help. I am to cook a spagetti squash for our senior meal tomorrow and have no idea how long and at what temp. I is being stuffed with a mix ofground pork and I don’t know what else.
Can you help?
Use the directions in our Butter & Sage Spaghetti Squash with Toasted Pine Nuts to bake the squash. Then you can scrape out the ‘spaghetti’ then toss with your ground pork (the other ingredients in our recipe), or whatever you like. Or you could also give it a Southwest flavor by instead adding ground beef, black beans, corn, cilantro, cheddar, cumin/chili powder. Hope that helps!
Where can you buy gf oatmeal
Bobs Red Mill makes gluten free rolled oats. Oats don’t contain gluten, although it is frequently processed in the same facilities as wheat products so the issue with oats is that cross contamination can occur.
