  • 1 cup GF rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Combine everything together and mix well in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir well, then serve with toppings of your choice.
