Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions
 

  • Mix together well the eggs, sugar and cornstarch. Then fold in pineapple.
  • Pour into a glass baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  • Serve warm over vanilla ice cream or a use as a cake topping.
