Creamy chocolate bites, with a touch of rum.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 tsp rum
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Coating Suggestions:
  • Cocoa
  • Icing sugar
  • Finely ground coconut
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate with butter and cream, stir until smooth.
  2. Beat in rum and vanilla, then chill until firm enough to handle.
  3. Using a teaspoon, form balls and roll in coating of your choice.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
