  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup bean flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Strawberry Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 1/2 tsp arrowroot
  • 1/2 cup water


  • Mix brown rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, bean flour, sugar and salt. Add water and stir until it's smooth. Keep this refrigerated for about 2-3 hours.
  • Beat eggs and add to the mix. Then pour into a hot greased griddle.
  • Strawberry Sauce: Mix margarine, sugar and strawberry jam. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on medium, until melted. Mix arrowroot flour with water and blend till smooth. Thoroughly mix strawberry into the blend. Microwave again for 1-2 minutes on medium, until it's thickened. Stir every 20 seconds to avoid lumps.
  • Serve on pancakes.
