Frozen Pineapple Rum Slush
Instead of diluting your slushy drink with water (from the ice), freeze the juice instead! This creates a thick frosty drink that is so full of flavor.
Freeze the juice into separate 1/2 cup portions. This way you know how many portions you are making at once, and how much of the other ingredients to add into the blender.
Break up the frozen juice into smaller pieces, then add the remaining ingredients and blend!
Frozen Pineapple Rum Slush
Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple juice frozen into cubes
- 2 oz Malibu white rum coconut flavored
- 2 oz Limoncello or vodka
- 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice to taste
- 5 mint leaves
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and puree until smooth.
