Tofu takes the place of yogurt or ice cream in this healthy shake.
Tofu Fruit Smoothie
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 4 oz. tofu
- 1/8-1/4 cup sweetener honey, agave
- 2-3 tsp vanilla
- Water juice, coconut water, or almond milk
- Freeze the fruit before blending (you can also use blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, kiwis, or whatever you like).
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly, adding just enough liquid to bring the smoothie to the desired consistency.
