Add your favorite fruit.
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 oz. tofu
  • ⅛-1/4 cup sweetener (honey, agave)
  • 2-3 tsp vanilla
  • Water, juice, coconut water, or almond milk
  1. Freeze the fruit before blending (you can also use blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, kiwis, or whatever you like).
  2. Blend all ingredients thoroughly, adding just enough liquid to bring the smoothie to the desired consistency.
