Add your favorite fruit.
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 4 oz. tofu
- ⅛-1/4 cup sweetener (honey, agave)
- 2-3 tsp vanilla
- Water, juice, coconut water, or almond milk
- Freeze the fruit before blending (you can also use blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, kiwis, or whatever you like).
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly, adding just enough liquid to bring the smoothie to the desired consistency.
