Pesto Snap Peas
Fresh (or store bought) pesto adds a burst of flavor to these sweet boiled pea pods. The best parts is you can create this delicious dish in under 5 minutes.

Pesto Snap Peas
Ingredients
- 1 lb sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup GF basil pesto
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook peas in boiling water for about 4 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Drain and toss with pesto, then season to taste with salt.
