So easy, yet looks so decadent.
Ingredients
  • 24 of your favorite GF biscuit/crackers/cookies
  • 1½ cups GF semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • ¼ tsp peppermint oil (optional)
Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate, then mix in the extract.
  2. Using a spatula or pastry brush, dip the biscuits in the chocolate then wipe off the excess from both sides. Place on a parchment/silicone lined baking sheet, and smooth the top so its fully coated. Chill until set.
