Want to know how to eat a whole head of kale in one sitting (and enjoy it?)...
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Chili Flakes
Optional Topping: Parmesan cheese
- Wash and dry kale leaves. Cut out center stem from each leaf and discard.
- Tear into pieces and put in a bowl. Toss with seasonings and oil then spread on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes, remove from oven and toss. Then continue baking for 10 minutes or until leaves are crisp.

I am just starting to eat gluten free. I am also a vegetarian. I made the hamburger buns and liked them very much so am looking forward to making different breads. I love all the information offered .Thank you very much.
