Want to know how to eat a whole head of kale in one sitting (and enjoy it?)...
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili Flakes
Optional Topping: Parmesan cheese
    Instructions
    1. Wash and dry kale leaves. Cut out center stem from each leaf and discard.
    2. Tear into pieces and put in a bowl. Toss with seasonings and oil then spread on a greased baking sheet.
    3. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes, remove from oven and toss. Then continue baking for 10 minutes or until leaves are crisp.

      I am just starting to eat gluten free. I am also a vegetarian. I made the hamburger buns and liked them very much so am looking forward to making different breads. I love all the information offered .Thank you very much.

      I was just saying I want to incorporate kale into my diet and was wondering about kale chips. Lo and behold, there's the recipe from you in my inbox today. Can't wait to try these when I get home tonight! Thank you for all your do to help make eating GF fun.
