Hawaiian BBQ Pizza with Paleo Crust
Instead of the traditional flavors of pizza sauce and toppings, try this variation. Using BBQ sauce and grilling the pineapple and ham, gives it a hint of smokiness, making this a uniquely tropical tasting Hawaiian pizza. Use your own favorite gluten free pizza crust, or try this Paleo version.
Core fresh pineapple and lightly brush with oil, along with ham. Grill until warm and seared.
Add sauce and toppings to the pre-baked Paleo crust (as directed in its own recipes instructions). Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until toppings are heated, cheese is melted and crust is crunchy.
