With a few less ingredients than restaurant style fried rice, this is an easy dish to put together when you’re tight on time.

  • 3 Tbsp oil or butter
  • 2 cups rice cooked
  • 3/4 cup GF ham diced
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • GF soy sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat the oil in a skillet then add all the ingredients and stir until combined and hot.
