Easy Chinese Fried Rice

With a few less ingredients than restaurant style fried rice, this is an easy dish to put together when you’re tight on time.

Just like take-out.
  • 3 Tbsp oil (or butter)
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • ¾ cup GF ham, diced
  • ¼ cup corn
  • ¼ cup peas
  • GF soy sauce, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet then add all the ingredients and stir until combined and hot.
