With a few less ingredients than restaurant style fried rice, this is an easy dish to put together when you’re tight on time.

Just like take-out.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp oil or butter
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 3/4 cup GF ham diced
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 cup peas
- GF soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet then add all the ingredients and stir until combined and hot.
