Soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and honey give the broccoli a unique flavor.
|Charred Broccoli & Red Peppers with Sesame Glaze|| |
- 1 head broccoli, chop into bite size florets
- ½ red pepper, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp honey or agave
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Sesame seeds to garnish
- In a skillet, sauté the broccoli and red pepper together with the oil until it softens and begins to char. The remove from heat and place in a serving dish.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients, then pour just enough dressing over broccoli and toss (you don't want it to be too soupy). Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
