Charred Broccoli & Red Peppers with Sesame Glaze

Soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and honey give the broccoli a unique flavor.
Ingredients
  • 1 head broccoli, chop into bite size florets
  • ½ red pepper, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey or agave
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Sesame seeds to garnish
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, sauté the broccoli and red pepper together with the oil until it softens and begins to char. The remove from heat and place in a serving dish.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients, then pour just enough dressing over broccoli and toss (you don't want it to be too soupy). Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
