There is no need to bake this tasty treat. All you need to do is mix, refrigerate then serve.

Ingredients
  

SLICE:

  • 13 oz canned condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
  • 1 cup GF cornflakes crushed
  • 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 lemon

ICING:

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • A little hot water

Instructions
 

  • Combine the slice ingredients and blend well, then place firmly in a greased 9x9 pan.
  • For the icing; combine the ingredients and mix well until smooth. To soften the icing for easy spreading, add a small amount of hot water until icing is spreadable. Then spread over bottom layer and refrigerate until serving.
