Now, this is some sweet tasting relish! Great on chili dogs and hamburgers.
Cranberry & Orange Relish
- 1 12-16 ounce package whole cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 whole orange
- Finely chop cranberries in food processor.
- Zest orange, and add to food processor.
- Use a knife to segment the orange (keep only flesh-no membranes), then add it to the processor along with sugar. Pulse a few times so everything is consistently chopped.
- Refrigerate until needed.
