Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes
A traditional family breakfast favorite sure to be loved by the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 cup GF oatmeal flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or milk alternative
- Water add a small amount of water if you feel the batter is too thick
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Then add the wet ingredients and combine until smooth.
- Pour onto a hot lightly greased skillet.
Notes
To Make Buttermilk: put 2 tsp vinegar into measuring cup and add whole milk (or milk alternative) to bring to 1/2 cup - let stand 5 minutes.
