Ingredients
  

WET INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup butter margarine or vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cups honey
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe mashed banana

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup potato starch
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp egg substitute

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the wet ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans, and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
