Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes

GF oatmeal flour
1/4
tsp
salt
1/8
tsp
baking soda
1
tsp
baking powder
1/8
cup
sugar
1
tsp
vanilla
1
egg
1/2
cup
buttermilk or milk alternative
Water
add a small amount of water if you feel the batter is too thick
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together.
Then add the wet ingredients and combine until smooth.
Pour onto a hot lightly greased skillet.
Notes
To Make Buttermilk:
put 2 tsp vinegar into measuring cup and add whole milk (or milk alternative) to bring to 1/2 cup - let stand 5 minutes.
