Apples make this a sweet and crunchy salad.
Apple Tuna Salad
- 2 apples chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 can tuna flaked
- 1/4 cup GF mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper your preference
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Drain all the juice out of the tuna and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve on your favorite GF bun, or use butter lettuce leaves as a 'wrap' for the tuna salad.
