Apples make this a sweet and crunchy salad.
|Apple Tuna Salad|| |
- 2 apples, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can tuna, flaked
- ¼ cup GF mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, your preference
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- Drain all the juice out of the tuna and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve on your favorite GF bun, or use butter lettuce leaves as a 'wrap' for the tuna salad.
