The secret ingredient (celery seeds!) keeps this dressing from getting too sweet.
- 1/2 cup GF mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 - 1 tsp sugar to taste
- 2 Tbsp milk or milk alternative
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp celery seed* to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk together all ingredients. Taste, then adjust seasonings as necessary.
- Toss with a shredded cabbage and carrot mix.
