Dijon Vinaigrette
Creamy and smooth with a mild mustard taste.

Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp GF Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp shallots minced
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the oil, process until smooth.
- While the machine is running, slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream.
