Low in calories and high in Vitamin A and C, snow peas are a great addition to a healthy diet.
Sesame Snow Peas
- 1 1/2 cups fresh snow peas strings removed (or Sugar Snap Peas)
- 1 tsp GF soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- In a small covered pot boil snow peas until tender-crisp, about 4 1/2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, Toss the snow peas with soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
