Low in calories and high in Vitamin A and C, snow peas are a great addition to a healthy diet.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups fresh snow peas, strings removed (or Sugar Snap Peas)
- 1 tsp GF soy sauce
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- In a small covered pot boil snow peas until tender-crisp, about 4½ minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, Toss the snow peas with soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
