This simple side dish is filled with fragrant spices and wonderful color.
|Indian-Style Roasted Cauliflower|| |
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into large pieces
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp salt
- In a small dish mix together all the spices and salt.
- In another bowl, add cauliflower and toss with oil. Sprinkle over the spice mixture and toss again until fully coated.
- Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring half way through.
