A winning recipe for breakfast!
|Pineapple Breakfast Bake|| |
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 ounces GF bread (broken into pieces)
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (reserve ½ cup juice)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- In a processor, mix all the ingredients together and blend.
- Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 baking pan and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes and lightly brown.
