Pineapple Breakfast Bake
A winning recipe for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 ounces GF bread broken into pieces
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple reserve 1/2 cup juice
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- In a processor, mix all the ingredients together and blend.
- Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 baking pan and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes and lightly brown.
