Ingredients
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • ⅔ cup tapioca flour/starch
  • ⅓ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1½ tsp cream of tartar
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp minced onion flakes
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup oil
  • ⅔ cup milk or milk substitute
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup sparkling water
TOPPING
  • Sesame seeds
  • Poppyseeds
Instructions
  1. Mix everything together EXCEPT the sparkling water.
  2. Once everything is well mixed, then add sparkling water. Work quickly as it will puff up and is a little hard to stir if it sits.
  3. Put into a greased bagel pan/donut pan and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
