Simple flavors combine for a tasty and appetizing looking bites.
  • 12 GF Crackers
  • ¼ cup GF Cheese or Spread*
  • 12 Shrimp, deveined and tails removed
  • Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
  1. To prepare shrimp, toss with some lemon pepper and fry in a bit of oil until fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
  2. In hot skillet, fry lemon slices, until just starts to turn golden (both sides). Remove and cut into small wedges.
  3. Spread each cracker with cheese or spread, add a shrimp then top with grilled lemon piece.
Spread Suggestions: Tzatiki, Hummus, Aioli, Almond Butter, soft cheese
