Simple flavors combine for a tasty and appetizing looking bites.
- 12 GF Crackers
- ¼ cup GF Cheese or Spread*
- 12 Shrimp, deveined and tails removed
- Lemon Pepper
- 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
- To prepare shrimp, toss with some lemon pepper and fry in a bit of oil until fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
- In hot skillet, fry lemon slices, until just starts to turn golden (both sides). Remove and cut into small wedges.
- Spread each cracker with cheese or spread, add a shrimp then top with grilled lemon piece.
