Ingredients
  

  • 12 GF Crackers
  • 1/4 cup GF Cheese or Spread*
  • 12 Shrimp deveined and tails removed
  • Lemon Pepper
  • 1 Lemon thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • To prepare shrimp, toss with some lemon pepper and fry in a bit of oil until fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
  • In hot skillet, fry lemon slices, until just starts to turn golden (both sides). Remove and cut into small wedges.
  • Spread each cracker with cheese or spread, add a shrimp then top with grilled lemon piece.
