Shrimp
deveined and tails removed
Lemon Pepper

thinly sliced
Instructions
To prepare shrimp, toss with some lemon pepper and fry in a bit of oil until fully cooked, about 3 minutes.
In hot skillet, fry lemon slices, until just starts to turn golden (both sides). Remove and cut into small wedges.
Spread each cracker with cheese or spread, add a shrimp then top with grilled lemon piece.
