Lemon Chiffon Pie
So light and creamy, with a burst of lemon flavor.
Ingredients
Crust:
- 6-8 cups GF crispy rice cereal lightly crushed
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2/3 cup of butter or margarine melted
Filling:
- 1 pkg GF lemon pie filling
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
Instructions
- For the crust, mix and press into a pan. Bake at 350°F, for 7 to 8 min. Let cool.
- For the filling, prepare the lemon pie filling as directed on box and let cool completely.
- You can mix in the whip cream into the lemon filling, or you can layer the two.
- Cool at least 1 hour in the fridge.
