Lemon Chiffon Pie

So light and creamy, with a burst of lemon flavor.

Total Time 25 mins
Crust:
- 6-8 cups GF crispy rice cereal lightly crushed
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2/3 cup of butter or margarine melted
Filling:
- 1 pkg GF lemon pie filling
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
For the crust, mix and press into a pan. Bake at 350°F, for 7 to 8 min. Let cool.
For the filling, prepare the lemon pie filling as directed on box and let cool completely.
You can mix in the whip cream into the lemon filling, or you can layer the two.
Cool at least 1 hour in the fridge.
