Hemp Milk
With a deliciously creamy texture and a light nutty flavor, you’re really going to be surprised how good this tastes! It’s similar in mouth-feel to almond milk, but with a much more neutral flavor.
Allow the hemp hearts to soak in the water for about 30 minutes to soften.
Pour entire mixture as well as remaining ingredients into blender and puree until smooth, about 3-5 minutes (or less if you have a VitaMix-style blender). Place the measuring up under a strainer that is lined with a few layers of cheesecloth and pour mixture in. Once everything has been pour through it, fold up the edges of the cheesecloth and squeeze out as much milk as you can by twisting.
