Gluten-Free Pastry Flour Blend
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
- 3/4 cup sorghum flour
- 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp potato flour
- 11/2 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, and mix well.
