Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups brown rice flour
  • ¾ cup sorghum flour
  • ⅔ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup potato starch
  • 1½ Tbsp potato flour
  • 11/2 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, and mix well.
Notes
Makes about 3 cups
