Ingredients
  

Dressing:

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 3 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp GF fish sauce
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1-2 garlic cloves crushed

Salad:

  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot grated
  • Peanuts for garnish raw and toasted in a dry cast iron frying pan if possible

Instructions
 

  • Combine salad ingredients and dressing in separate bowls, then toss together.
