- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 3 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp GF fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
- 4 cups cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot grated
- Peanuts for garnish raw and toasted in a dry cast iron frying pan if possible
- Combine salad ingredients and dressing in separate bowls, then toss together.
