Add nuts for added flavor and texture.
- 1⅔ cups icing sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Over low heat, melt the margarine. Remove from heat and thoroughly mix in the peanut butter and vanilla.
- Stir in the icing sugar and cocoa slowly until blended, and pour into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and refrigerator.
- Slice it up in squares once it becomes firm enough.
