Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Squares
With only 4 ingredients, this is one of the easiest (and tastiest!) recipes to whip together.
Beat the egg, peanut butter and sugar together until creamy and press into an 8×8 pan. Use all natural peanut butter to cut back on the sugar content.
Once the crust is baked, immediately sprinkle over the chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes to soften, then spread out to a smooth finish.
