Charred Broccoli & Red Peppers with Sesame Glaze

Soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and honey give the broccoli a unique flavor.

- 1 head broccoli chop into bite size florets
- 1/2 red pepper finely diced
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp honey or agave
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Sesame seeds to garnish
In a skillet, sauté the broccoli and red pepper together with the oil until it softens and begins to char. The remove from heat and place in a serving dish.
Whisk together remaining ingredients, then pour just enough dressing over broccoli and toss (you don't want it to be too soupy). Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
