Spread over thinly sliced baguettes or crackers, or spread over a grilled steak. This salty spread is a definite crowd-pleaser! This appetizer can be served warm or at room temperature.

Warm spread for cracker or bread.
- 1 cup black olives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp capers
- 1 tsp dijon
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Add all ingredients, except oil, to a mini food processor, and pulse until you get the texture you want (tiny pieces of olives - not puréed).
- Pour into a small fry pan and add oil. Lightly sauté until garlic is cooked.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, with GF crackers or thinly sliced GF baguette.
